Two Small Smudge Sticks

These small smudge sticks are made from white sage blended with a mixture of sweet grass, cedar, copal and lavender. All of these herbs are considered sacred by the people who make them.
Each of the two sticks will be about 10cm long.

Smudge is a small bunch of dried herbs that are smouldered to create a sacred smoke. Smudge is perhaps most associated with the First Nation tribes of the Americas, but similar practices can be found in almost all cultures.
To light sage hold a flame to it until it starts to burn, then blow out any flame to leave a scented smoking smoulder.
Never leave smouldering smudge unattended.
Unsuitable for young children without adult supervision.
